Homemade Pizza

Nothing quite beats the taste of homemade pizza! Here is the very best dough that I have come across...and so very easy too!
Thick and Chewy pizza dough
1pkg dry yeast (I keep mine in the refrigerator in a mason jar...I buy in bulk)
1 cup lukewarm water
3 or so cups of white flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
veg oil
Dissolve yeast in water, for about ten minutes... sprinkle about 1 tsp of sugar over yeast. Combine flour and salt and stir into yeast. Knead dough for 10 minutes by hand, or for about 3 minutes with dough hooks in mixer. Dough should be soft but not sticky. Put in oiled bowl. Cover and place in a warm area. Let rise approx 45 minutes. Punch down, and let rise again for another 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and then divide into 2 sections. Roll and cover with your favorite toppings. I prefer the no name pizza sauce...yellow label, and also the no name pepperoni that has been chopped and fried. Usually we top with bacon and ham. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees, Enjoy!
