I love a good old fashioned love story! If you, like me are going to spend any precious hours of quiet time reading, you will be pleased that you picked up this book. The second book in the land of Shining Water series, by the very talented Tracie Peterson, captures your attention from the very first chapter. The main character, Emmalyne who is engaged to be married to the love of her life, finds her future happiness in disarray after a tornado whips through the town they live in. When tragedy strikes her family, Emmalyne is forced to abandon all she has planned for, to honor her parents. Will this be the fate of her existence, to not know the joy of sharing her life with another?
I would highly recommend this book! I give this book 5 stars!
