Summer Daze!!

Sorry for the long delay...we have been enjoying the summer!!! The past few weeks have been filled with much adventure. Someone very important to our family was married just a week and a half ago. It was a fairy tale wedding with a beautiful bride and groom and the perfect day. After an amazing dinner and speeches the grand finale was ushered in with fireworks splashing across the sky with a thunderous boom. We visited family and friends at the campfire that evening...the perfect end to the perfect day.

The next week brought our church VBS (where we host about 165 kids) each morning, and then we came home to clients each afternoon! Let us just say that the laundry continued to pile up!!!

This lead me to today....ahh what a great week this has been. I have managed to get caught up on the laundry...and clean the tubs...and even bake a few desserts! I told my dear hubby that perspective changes everything....I feel so blessed to have the time to actually do my laundry...wow..

This weekend we might have some out of town guests...and we plan on sitting and visiting, and having a few campfires...eating a few smores...and spending a great time as a family! Hope yo are all able to spend time with those you love!
